Booking terms
Booking of food and drinks for conference groups of up to 20 people is done via the web booking, which you can find at the top right in the menu above.
The following applies to the categories sandwich/snack/lunch/wraps/coffee break (special diets not included):
- 1-20 people = 1 choice/category, free choice of protein if options are given
- More than 20 people = 2 choices/category, free choice of protein if option is given
We wish your order as follows:
- 1 – 20 people: 24h (weekday excluding holidays) before delivery
- 20-50 people: 48h (weekday excluding holidays) before delivery
- For larger groups, contact inhousecatering@theoakcanteen.se
- Cakes: 72h (weekdays excluding holidays) before delivery. When ordering cakes, plates and cutlery are included, and the cake is served on a cake stand with a cake server.
- Change or cancellation: Group of 1-20 people 24h (weekday excluding holidays) before delivery, over 20 people 48h (weekday excluding holidays) before delivery
Booking or changes via email must be confirmed in a returning email to be valid.
Booking via the web booking is confirmed with a confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation, the booking is not valid.
Orders that have not been canceled according to the above time specification will be charged in full.
Allergies and special diets as well as other requests should be communicated at the time of ordering.
Please note that we do not have access for delivery to floors 2-8. Orders for floors 2-8 are collected and returned to the Garden Café on floor 0.
Invoice fee of 55 SEK applies to all orders under 500 SEK excluding VAT.
